The Peperomia polybotrya, also known as the Raindrop Peperomia, has beautiful heart-shaped leaves. The Polybotrya is known as an evergreen perennial making it a great long-term plant for your customers to fall in love with. It will grow in an upward stature to approx. 30cm in height. Its perfect leaf design lends itself to be a semi-succulent variety. As it retains water within its thick leaves, reducing the frequency it requires watering.

Light levels: A relatively hardy plant which appreciates high levels of sunlight to thrive. Be sure to avoid direct afternoon sun as this may scorch the leaves.
Watering: Because this plant is considered to be a succulent, it stores water in its fleshy leaves. When watering, give it a thorough drink but be sure to allow it to dry out before watering again.
Feeding: During the Spring/Summer growing season, use a slow-release liquid fertiliser once per month.
Growth: This beautiful plant grows at a moderate speed and in a compact form, it can reach up to 30cm in height when kept in ideal conditions.
Toxicity: This plant has a low level of toxicity and is generally safe to have around children and pets however it is always best to keep out of reach in case an isolated reaction occurs.
